偏高水分玉米“表干内湿、控温保水”储粮新工艺研究Ⅲ生产性试验

    Study on novel grain storage technology of high-moisture maize “surface dry and inner moist, temperature control and water retention” III pilot trial

    • 摘要: 针对粮库偏高水分粮“储藏难”与长期储粮“失水多”的管理难点,依据生态体系的储粮原理,提出应用储粮通风、补冷控温等技术集成的“表干内湿、控温保水”储粮新工艺。选择中储粮铜川库15号仓为试验仓、16号仓为对照仓:15号仓按照储粮新工艺要求,运用降低表层粮堆水分、控制粮堆低温等技术,使度夏期间平均粮温不超过17.5℃,对7月下旬的少量蛾类害虫采取2次防护作业,实现了准低温安全储藏;16号仓开展安全水分玉米的常规储粮,度夏期间平均粮温较高,局部超过30℃,6月份开始生虫,其间采取2次防护作业、1次熏蒸作业。对郑州某粮库进行验证试验:2019年3月间按“表干内湿”工艺要求,对9号仓偏高水分玉米实施80 h的吸出式通风,再利用空调控仓温、内环流控粮温等措施,到8月下旬玉米仓温为23℃,整个粮堆松散、粮情稳定,避免了出现反复发热、处理不及的局面。两地试验结果表明:“表干内湿、控温保水”储粮新工艺较好解决了粮库的技术难题,实现了偏高水分玉米安全储藏的目的。同时讨论了偏高水分粮储存模式研究的必要性,分析了储粮新工艺保管偏高水分粮的应用效果、经济效益。储粮新工艺简化了偏高水分粮保管环节,提高了粮库的储粮稳定性及经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In view of the management difficulties of “storage difficulty “and “excessive water loss” of high-moisture grain in grain depot and based on the principle of grain conservation in grain storage ecological system, a novel grain storage technology of “surface dry and inner moist, temperature control and water retention” was approached by applying integrated technology of grain storage ventilation, supplementary cooling and temperature control. No. 15 warehouse of Tongchuan grain depot was chosen as test warehouse and No. 16 warehouse as the control. According to the requirements of the novel grain storage technology, the average grain temperature in test warehouse in summer did not exceed 17.5 ℃ by reducing the moisture content of grain pile surface and controlling the low temperature of grain piles, and in late July, two protective operations were carried out to deal with the small number of moth pests, achieving the safe storage with quasi low temperature. Maize in the control warehouse was stored according to the conventional method. In summer, the average grain temperature was higher, and local temperature could exceed 30 ℃. Insects began to grow in June when two protective operations and one fumigation operation were carried out. The verification test on Zhengzhou grain depot was as follows: in March 2019, according to the process requirements of “surface dry and inner moist”, 80 h low-pressure ventilation was carried out for the high-moisture maize in No.9 warehouse. In addition, with air-conditioning control and inner loop flow control, the temperature of maize warehouse was 23 ℃ in the end of August, and the whole grain pile was loose and the grain situation was stable, which avoided the embarrassing situation of repeated heating and insufficient handling. The results showed that: the novel technology of “surface dry and inner moist, temperature control and water conservation” solved the technical problems of grain depot and achieved the purpose of safe storage of high-moisture maize. Meanwhile, the necessity of research on the storage mode of high-moisture grain was discussed, and the application effect, economic benefit, and management of the new storage technology for storing high-moisture grain were analyzed.
