Abstract:
Pesticide residues in food threaten people′s health. Hence, it is necessary to detect and analyze them, which is also helpful in the supervision of pesticide residues in food. However, food is diverse and complex, pesticide residues should be extracted and purified by effective pretreatment techniques to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. In this review, the pretreatment techniques of pesticide residues in food at home and abroad in recent years were discussed such as solid-phase extraction, solid-phase microextraction, solid-phase dispersion extraction, QuEChERS, and so on. The principle and application of these pretreatment techniques were introduced in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of them in the pretreatment of organophosphorus pesticide residues were compared. A theoretical basis and technical support was provided for our country to carry out better testing of pesticide residues, and the development trend of pretreatment techniques was prospected.
