食品中农药残留分析前处理技术研究进展

    Research progress of pretreatment techniques for pesticide residues analysis in food

    • 摘要: 食品中残留的农药会威胁人们的健康,对其进行分析十分必要,也有助于对食品中的农药残留进行监管。然而食品种类繁多、基质复杂,必须通过有效的前处理技术进行提取和净化,以保障检测结果的准确性和可靠性。对近年来国内外应用于食品中农药残留分析的前处理技术(如固相萃取、固相微萃取、固相分散萃取、QuEChERS等)进行了综述,详细介绍了各类前处理技术的原理及应用,并且对比了这些技术在前处理有机磷类农药残留的优缺点,旨在为我国更好地开展农药残留检测工作提供理论依据和技术支撑,同时对其发展趋势进行展望。

       

      Abstract: Pesticide residues in food threaten people′s health. Hence, it is necessary to detect and analyze them, which is also helpful in the supervision of pesticide residues in food. However, food is diverse and complex, pesticide residues should be extracted and purified by effective pretreatment techniques to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. In this review, the pretreatment techniques of pesticide residues in food at home and abroad in recent years were discussed such as solid-phase extraction, solid-phase microextraction, solid-phase dispersion extraction, QuEChERS, and so on. The principle and application of these pretreatment techniques were introduced in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of them in the pretreatment of organophosphorus pesticide residues were compared. A theoretical basis and technical support was provided for our country to carry out better testing of pesticide residues, and the development trend of pretreatment techniques was prospected.
