功能性纳米材料在食品领域中的应用研究进展

    • 摘要: 随着科技的发展进步,在材料领域的研究越来越精细化、微小化,纳米材料逐渐进入人们的日常生活中,在生物、医药、化工等领域应用广泛,特别是在食品领域的应用受到诸多学者和消费者的广泛关注。综述了功能性纳米材料在食品的加工、包装、储藏以及检测等领域中的应用,结果表明功能性纳米材料的应用促进了食品在风味、包装储藏以及安全检测方面的技术进步。随着研究的深入,越来越多的纳米材料逐渐进入应用阶段,这必然会推动食品行业飞速发展,给消费者更加安全、可口的美食体验。

       

      Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the research in the field of materials is becoming more and more refined and miniaturized.Nanomaterials gradually enter people′s daily life and are widely used in biology, medicine, chemical industry and other fields.In particular, the application in the field of food has been widely concerned by scholars and consumers.The application of functional nanomaterials has promoted the technological progress of food flavor, packaging and storage and safety testing.With the deepening of research, nanomaterials gradually enter the application stage, which will inevitably promote the rapid development of the food industry and give consumers a safer and more delicious food experience.This paper mainly reviewed the application of functional nanomaterials in food field from the aspects of food processing, packaging, storage and detection, and looks forward to its application prospect.
