Abstract: The purchase and storage of grain with high moisture has become a new normal in grain storage industry, whereas the storage stability of grain with high moisture content was poor, and ensuring storage safety has been a hot topic in the field of warehousing in recent years. This review mainly summarized the storage characteristics and storage necessity of grains with high moisture, as well as the current status of storage technology research and problems. It is suggested that such grains can be handled by "surface dry and internal wet, temperature control and water retention", low temperature storage process, granary performance modification and other targeted measures in the storage process, and give an outlook on the future development trend, so as to provide reference and insights for the storage of grains with high moisture.
