Abstract:
By establishing
Fructus Tritici Levis fingerprints, the differences in the quality of
Fructus Tritici Levis from different producing areas were studied, which provided a basis for the quality control and development of edible and medicinal
Fructus Tritici Levis. HPLC analysis was performed to establish HPLC fingerprints of
Fructus Tritici Levis. The similarities of
Fructus Tritici Levis samples were evaluated by the software "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCMs (2012 version)". Cluster analysis (CA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were performed using SPSS software. The results showed that through the similarity evaluation, the fingerprint of
Fructus Tritici Levis was established and 16 common peaks were marked, and the similarity of 12 batches of samples was 0.936-0.996. Cluster analysis results showed that
Fructus Tritici Levis from Anhui, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, and Shanxi into were classified into one category. Those from Guangxi and Sichuan were clustered into one category, and those from the Heilongjiang region were clustered into one category. Principal component analysis could separate
Fructus Tritici Levis from different producing areas, which is basically consistent with the cluster analysis results. The method has high accuracy, stability, and reliability, which can be used for the quality control of
Fructus Tritici Levis.
