Abstract:
To meet the actual requirements of the detection of grain stock and the check of grain warehouse inventory quantity, a hand-held quantity measuring instrument for grain depot was designed.In this system, a microprocessor was used as the control core, and the high-precision measurement of the grain bulk dimension was realized by using a laser ranging sensor combined with a tilt angle sensor.To ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the grain quantity detection, the system was embedded with a corrected model of the grain bulk density related with various grain storage parameters, which can automatically and accurately calculate the correction coefficient of the grain bulk density.Through the design of highly integrated circuits and low power consumption, the portability and low power consumption was realized.A special, fast and convenient technical means has been provided to the quantity detection for grain storage.
