Abstract:
To explore the impact degree of different factors on breakage degree of brown rice during processing of brown rice, the impact mechanical properties of different varieties of brown rice with different moisture content under different impact momentums were studied with the self-made impact force experimental platform, and the collision process of brown rice was simulated with the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results showed that the main factors affecting the breakage of brown rice were in this order: impact momentum > moisture content > varieties. The magnitude of impact force of the same variety of brown rice with the same water content was related to the impact momentum or impact velocity, rather than the impact duration. The results and analysis methods are of great significance for changing the structure design of rice milling machine and reducing the crushing rate of brown rice.
