Abstract:
Pesticide residues in vegetables have always threatened people′s health and safety and also seriously hindered the development of China′s vegetable export trade. Effective analysis and detection technique is essential for the monitor of pesticide residues. The review summarized the present situations of pesticide residues in vegetables. Meanwhile, the basic principles and characteristics of the analytical techniques, such as spectroscopy, immunoassay, chromatography and chromatography-mass spectrometry, as well as the application and research progress in vegetable pesticide residues detection were introduced in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of analytical techniques for organophosphorus, pyrethroids, growth regulators and other pesticides were compared. Their development trend was prospected to provide theoretical and technical basis for the detection of pesticide residues in vegetables.
