Abstract:
The temperature monitoring system of grain plays an important role in the safe storage of grains. At present, the temperature monitoring system of cottage granary has some problems, such as low management efficiency, high maintenance cost, difficult to upgrade, etc. The temperature information collection sensor DS18B20 was used to study the temperature detection system based on binary tree search algorithm. A monitoring method of dynamic patrol wireless transmission of grain information is proposed, and a granary temperature monitoring system based on dynamic wireless transmission is designed. Through the comparative analysis of the measured temperature and the actual temperature of the granary, the average error rate of the measured temperature was 0.28%, and the error was less than 0.5%. The granary temperature monitoring system can collect and transmit the node temperature information of each base station. The system has good performance, good portability, and can be applied in the granary temperature monitoring system.
