基于二叉树搜索算法的粮仓温度监测系统研究与实现

    Research and implementation of grain situation monitoring system based on Binary tree search algorithm

    • 摘要: 粮食温度监测系统是粮食安全储藏的重要环节,现有的平房式粮仓温度监测系统存在管理效率低、维护成本高和升级困难等问题。采用DS18B20作为粮情温度信息采集传感器,研究了基于二叉树搜索算法的温度监测系统,提出一种动态巡检式的无线传输粮情信息的监测方法,设计了一种基于动态无线传输的粮仓温度监测系统。对比分析实测温度与粮仓实际温度发现:实测温度平均误差率为0.28%,误差小于0.5%。粮仓温度监测系统能够对各个基站的节点温度信息进行采集、传输等,该系统性能优良,可移植性好,达到了在粮仓温度监测系统中应用的预期目的。

       

      Abstract: The temperature monitoring system of grain plays an important role in the safe storage of grains. At present, the temperature monitoring system of cottage granary has some problems, such as low management efficiency, high maintenance cost, difficult to upgrade, etc. The temperature information collection sensor DS18B20 was used to study the temperature detection system based on binary tree search algorithm. A monitoring method of dynamic patrol wireless transmission of grain information is proposed, and a granary temperature monitoring system based on dynamic wireless transmission is designed. Through the comparative analysis of the measured temperature and the actual temperature of the granary, the average error rate of the measured temperature was 0.28%, and the error was less than 0.5%. The granary temperature monitoring system can collect and transmit the node temperature information of each base station. The system has good performance, good portability, and can be applied in the granary temperature monitoring system.
