牡丹籽油制取技术研究进展

    Research progress on extraction technology of peony seed oil

    • 摘要: 随着牡丹籽油被批准为新资源食品,其受到越来越多的关注。牡丹籽油富含亚麻酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸,在改善心脑血管功能、调节机体免疫、抗肿瘤、消炎等方面发挥重要的作用,有较高的开发利用价值。主要对压榨法提取、浸出法提取、超临界CO2提取、水酶法提取、亚临界低温萃取、超声波辅助提取、微波辅助提取等牡丹籽油制取技术进行了阐述,为牡丹籽油的进一步开发利用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: With the approval of peony seed oil as a new resource food, it has attracted great interests. Peony seed oil is rich in linolenic acid, linoleic acid, and other unsaturated fatty acids, which plays important roles in improving the functions of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, regulating the immunity, preventing tumor and inflammatory. Therefore, peony seed oil has important development and utilization values. In this review, extraction technologies of peony seed oil were introduced, such as mechanical pressing, solvent extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction, hydroenzymatic extraction, subcritical low temperature extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, and microwave assisted extraction. This review will provide a reference for further development and utilization of peony seed oil.
