食源性病原菌不同检测方法的比较研究进展

摘要: 进入21世纪以来,基于分子生物学及免疫学等原理新研发出的检测方法能大大缩短食品中病原菌检测时间并提高检测效率,但必须要与传统的标准检测方法(基于培养法)进行科学系统的比较性验证研究,只有取得一致的等效性评价结果后方可作为一种有效的替代检测方法;另外,不同国家针对相同食品基质类型中的同一病原菌的检测方法,由于检测流程不同也同样需要进行等效性评价,两种检测方法的等效性评价结果能够为不同国家间食品贸易的高效放行提供科学有效的数据支撑。阐述了基于食品中同一病原菌不同检测方法比较研究的进展,以及利用方法比较研究的优势及挑战。Abstract: Newly developed rapid detection methods of the specific food-borne pathogen based on molecular biology and immunology has the benefit to shorten the experimental procedure time and improve detection efficiency since 2000. However, a scientific and systematic comparison study must be conducted to confirm the method equivalence between the newly developed methods and the traditional standard methods. Meanwhile, different standard methods from different countries for same testing purpose are expected to be evaluated for their method equivalence. The equivalence evaluation results between different test methods can provide efficient data to scientifically support products release and compliance inspection for food imports and exports cross board or regions. This article describes the progress of micro method equivalence study based on the specific food-borne pathogen, summarizes and discusses the advantage and challenge of method equivalence study.
