单向压缩对小麦堆蠕变特性及品质影响的研究

摘要: 明确仓储小麦粮堆长期荷载作用下的压缩变形规律及对小麦品质的影响对于储粮安全管理至关重要,通过单向压缩试验研究了小麦堆在竖向压力为100~500 kPa条件下的压缩变形特性,以发芽率为评价指标探究压缩变形对小麦品质的影响。结果表明:小麦堆的压缩变形主要经历瞬时变形、快速变形和稳态蠕变3个阶段,荷载增加阶段的粮堆瞬时变形是产生较大压缩变形的主要因素;小麦堆变形及粮堆密度随竖向压力的增加呈上升趋势;Hooke弹簧与Kelvin模型串联组成的蠕变模型能较好地描述小麦堆的压缩变形,且不同竖向压力下稳态蠕变阶段的变形曲线相互平行;竖向压力影响小麦籽粒活力,随着竖向压力的增加,小麦籽粒发芽率降低。研究结果可为仓储结构的设计及粮食安全储藏提供理论支持。Abstract: In order to clarify the compression deformation rule of storage wheat grain bulk under long-term load and its impact on wheat quality, the compression deformation characteristics of wheat bulk under the condition of vertical pressure of 100-500 kPa were studied by uniaxial compression test, and the influence of compression deformation on wheat quality was studied with germination rate as the evaluation index. The results indicated that the compression deformation of wheat bulk mainly underwent three stages: instantaneous deformation, rapid deformation, and steady-state creep deformation. The instantaneous deformation of grain bulk in the stage of load increase was the main factor causing large compression deformation. The deformation and grain bulk density increased and the porosity decreased with the increase of vertical pressure. The creep model composed of Hooke spring and Kelvin model in series could better describe the compression deformation of wheat bulk. The curves in steady-state creep stage under different vertical pressures were parallel to each other. Compression deformation affected wheat kernels vigor, and with the increase of vertical pressure, germination rate decreased. The research results can provide theoretical support for grain storage safety management.
