植物甾醇酯的生物活性及其运载体系研究进展

    Research progress on biological activity and delivery system of phytosterol esters

    • 摘要: 植物甾醇酯具有降胆固醇、抗氧化、抗心血管疾病等多种生理功能,然而稳定差、水溶性差以及生物利用率低等缺点限制了其在食品、医药以及化妆品领域的应用,因此选择合适的运载体系对其进行递送以拓宽其应用是目前重要的研究方向。对植物甾醇酯的理化性质和生物活性进行总结,并综述了多种运载体系递送植物甾醇酯的研究进展,提出现有运载体系存在的一些问题以及改进方法,以期为植物甾醇酯新型运载体系的研究提供思路。

       

      Abstract: Phytosterol esters have many physiological functions such as cholesterol-lowering, anti-oxidation, and anti-cardiovascular disease. However, their poor chemical stability, poor water solubility, and low bioavailability limit their application in the fields of food, medicine, and cosmetics. Therefore, it is of great importance to select a suitable delivery system for its delivery to broaden its application. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties and biological activities of phytosterol esters were summarized, and the research progress of various delivery systems for the delivery of phytosterol esters was reviewed. Some problems and improvement methods of the existing delivery systems were put forward, which is helpful for providing new ideas for the research of new delivery systems of phytosterol esters.
