固相萃取技术在食品全氟/多氟化合物检测中的应用研究进展

    Research progress on the application of solid-phase extraction technology in the detection of perfluorinated/polyfluorinated compounds in food

    • 摘要: 全氟/多氟化合物(Perfluorinated/polyfluorinated compounds, PFAS)是一类新型的持久性有机污染物,对生态环境和食品安全构成严重威胁。因此,针对复杂食品基质中PFAS的准确定性和定量检测显得尤为重要。固相萃取(Solid phase extraction, SPE)作为一种新兴的样品前处理技术,已被广泛应用于分析检测领域并取得了良好的效果。综述了4种SPE技术(柱固相萃取、分散固相萃取、固相微萃取和磁性固相萃取)检测食品中PFAS的现状,详细介绍了各种技术的特点与原理,并对其在未来的应用与发展进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Perfluorinated/polyfluorinated compounds (PFAS) are a class of emerging persistent organic pollutants that pose a serious threat to the ecological environment and food safety. Therefore, accurate qualitative and quantitative detection of PFAS in complex food matrices is particularly important. As an emerging sample pretreatment technology, solid phase extraction (SPE) has been widely applied in the field of analytical detection and achieved good results. This review summarizes the current status of four SPE technologies (column solid-phase extraction, dispersive solid-phase extraction, solid-phase microextraction, and magnetic solid-phase extraction) for the detection of PFAS in food, elaborates on the characteristics and principles of each technology, and prospects their future application and development.
