功能性碳纳米管在食品与生物医学领域的应用研究进展

    Research Progress on Application of Functional Carbon Nanotubes in Food and Biomedical Fields

    • 摘要: 碳纳米管是一种新型纳米材料,因具有性能稳定、易被修饰和可进入细胞等特性,被广泛应用于食品与生物医学领域。研究表明,原始碳纳米管分散性较差,并且具有一定的毒性,对其进行功能化修饰可以改善其在溶液中的分散性。此外,随着研究的深入,碳纳米管的生物相容问题也日益受到关注。简要叙述了碳纳米管的基本结构和性能,着重强调了其在食品(如农兽药残留检测、食品添加剂检测、微生物检测、转基因食品检测等)与生物医学(如生物传感器、药物转运载体、肿瘤治疗、生物成像、生物支架等)领域的应用研究进展,并对所存在的生物相容问题进行了探讨,提出了解决的可能途径。最后,展望了碳纳米管在食品与生物医学领域的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs),also known as buckytubes,are a new type of nanomaterials.Due to their stable properties,easy to be modified and entry into cells,CNTs have broad applications in food and biomedical fields.Studies have demonstrated that the CNTs have poor dispersity and have certain toxicity.Functional modification can improve the dispersion of the CNTs in solution.In addition,with the development of the research,the biocompatibility assessment of CNTs has attracted increasing attention.In this review,the basic structure of CNTs and performance were briefly described,the research progress on application of CNTs in the fields of food(such as pesticide and veterinary drug residue detection,food additive detection,microbial detection,transgenic food detection,etc) and biomedical(such as biosensor,drug delivery carrier,tumor therapy,biological imaging,biological scaffolds,etc.) were mainly introduced.The existing biological-compatibility problems were also discussed and proposed possible ways to solve them.Finally,the development tendency of CNTs in the fields of food and biomedicine is prospected.
