装卸粮下成层地基非线性固结方程解及其分析

    Analysis and Solution of the Nonlinear Consolidation Equation of Layered Foundation under Loading and Unloading

    • 摘要: 粮仓地基稳定性关系粮食储备是否安全,装卸粮下地基固结沉降机理不同于传统的骤加荷载或线性荷载,因此开展相关研究具有重要现实意义。基于装卸粮过程中筒仓粮面变化过程及其荷载动态变化,推导了装卸粮过程中筒仓成层地基一维非线性固结方程的解析解,建立了地基固结沉降中平均固结度U和沉降量S的表达式。以海南某楼房仓为工程实例对解析解进行了验证分析,运用Maple数学软件研究10年周期内固结方程的解析解和太沙基解沿深度方向的孔压变化情况,研究发现两解结果大致相同;对比分析文中解同谢康和解发现,两解沉降曲线10年后沉降差趋近于0。为了更准确模拟土体固结性质,采用ABAQUS数值模拟分析时,考虑了其有效应力和变形振荡振幅随时间的变化,模拟结果表明:土体沉降曲线可分为3个阶段“上升-平稳-上升”,与装卸粮过程中荷载加载形式基本相同。

       

      Abstract: The stability of granary foundation is related to the safety of grain storage, and the settlement mechanism of foundation consolidation under loading and unloading is different from that of traditional sudden loading or linear load, therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out relevant research.In this paper, the analytical solution of one-dimensional non-linear consolidation equation of the silo foundation in the process of loading and unloading was derived based on the change of the grain surface and the dynamic change of load during loading and unloading, and an expression of the average consolidation degree U and the settlement of S in consolidation settlement was established.The analytical solution was verified by an engineering example of a building in Hainan province, the change of pore pressure in the depth direction of the analytical solution and Terzaghi solution in the 10-year period was studied by using Maple mathematical software, the results of the two solutions were found to be roughly the same; the settlement difference between the analytical solution and Xie Kanghe solution settlement curves was close to 0 after 10 years; In order to accurately simulate the consolidation property of soil and by using ABAQUS numerical simulation analysis, the effective stress and the amplitude of deformation oscillations with time were considered.Simulation results showed that:the soil subsidence curve could be divided into three stages:"rise-level-rise", which was basically the same as loading process of loading and unloading of grain.
