食用植物油料中多环芳烃含量及安全风险研究

    STUDY ON THE CONTENT OF POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HDROCARBONS AND THE SECURITY RISK IN EDIBLE OILSEED

    • 摘要: 从不同产地采集了18个种类共95个食用植物油料样品,应用GC-MS法对其中多环芳烃(PAHs)含量进行检测分析,研究食用植物油料的PAHs的安全风险。结果表明:95个植物油料样品中苯并a芘(BaP)、欧盟限量控制的4种多环芳烃(PAH4)及美国环保局优控的16种多环芳烃(PAH16)的含量范围分别为 0.10~14.06、1.09~74.61、81.81~466.77 μg/kg,平均含量分别为2.19、13.06、213.18 μg/kg,BaP的中位数为 1.52 μg/kg,对照 GB 2762—2012,BaP超过 5 μg/kg限量的样品数量有10个,超标率为10/95。10种草本油料的50个样品中PAH16平均含量为223.38 μg/kg,8种木本油料的45个样品中PAH16平均含量为201.85 μg/kg,草本油料和木本油料的PAH16含量差异不显著。5种可直接作为食品的植物油料(花生、核桃、葵花籽、芝麻、大豆)的34个样品中 BaP的平均含量为 1.89 μg/kg,中位数为 1.15 μg/kg,根据 GB 2762—2012,BaP超过 5 μg/kg限量的样品数量有3个,超标率为3/34。对5种植物油料的PAHs健康风险的评价可知,5种油料PAHs的健康安全风险较小。

       

      Abstract: 95 oilseed samples of 18 species were collected from different cultivating areas.The PAHs contents of the samples were detected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the security risk of PAHs in oilseeds were also studied.The results indicated that PAHs were observed in all of the 95 samples.However,some oilseed samples not simultaneously found all of the 16 individual PAHs.Dibenzoa,hanthrancene (DhA) was not found in mandulapalka,plukenetia volubilis linneo,penoy seed and almond,while benzog,h,iperylene (BgP) was not detected in rice bran,sesame and walnut samples.Indeno1,2,3-cdpyrene (IcP) was not detected in some rice bran,penoy seed,walnut and almond.LPAHs were accounted for 87.07%-99.54% of the total PAHs,and the minimum and maximum concentrations were 80.27 and 409.02 μg/kg,respectively.Naphthalene (NaP) and phenathrene (Phe) were prominent in all of the oilseeds samples at concentration of 24.54-114.95 μg/kg and 20.07-114.95 μg/kg,respectively.Meanwhile,the concentrations of BaP in 95 oilseed samples ranged from 0.10 to 14.06 μg/kg,and the average concentration of BaP was 2.19 μg/kg.The concentrations of PAH4 ranged from 1.09 to 74.61 μg/kg,with a mean level of 13.06 μg/kg.The contents of PAH16 ranged from 81.81 to 466.77 μg/kg,and the average content was 213.18 μg/kg.The 18 types of oilseeds were divided into herbaceous plant oilseeds (HPOS) and woody plant oilseeds (WPOS) according to the type of oil crop.HPOS included 50 oilseed samples of 10 species,and WPOS included 45 oilseed samples of 8 species.The concentrations of BaP,LPAHs,HPAHs and PAH16 in HPOS were 0.15-14.06,86.33-406.43,1.38-60.34 and 91.14-466.77 μg/kg,respectively,and the corresponding average contents of them were 2.85,209.83,13.55 and 223.38 μg/kg,respectively.The concentrations of BaP,LPAHs,HPAHs and PAH16 in WPOS were 0.10-6.38,80.27-409.2,1.24-51.01 and 81.81-460.03 μg/kg,respectively,with the corresponding average contents of 1.45,194.02,7.83 and 201.85 μg/kg,respectively.There was no significant difference in PAH16 content between herbaceous oilseeds and woody oilseeds.Moreover,the health risks assessment of PAHs for 34 samples of five edible oilseed (peanut,walnut,sunflower seed,sesame and soybean) showed that the range of incremental lifetime cancer risk (ILCR) was from 4.0×10-7to 4.78×10-6.The results indicated that the carcinogenic risk of PAHs of 95 edible oilseed samples was in an acceptable range.The present study will provide the support for the security risk analysis of PAHs in edible vegetable oilseeds.
