改性大蒜素对玉米象的熏蒸作用研究

    FUMIGATION EFFECT OF MODIFIED ALLICIN (ESF) AGAINST SITOPHILUS ZEAMAIS

    • 摘要: 鉴于当前熏蒸剂有抗药性、安全等问题,亟需研发环境稳定性、气体挥发性和杀虫活性好的新型药剂。改性大蒜素ESF具有环境中性能稳定、常压下挥发度高等优点,可用于粮食熏蒸处理,测定了分别采自中国3个不同省份的玉米象品系的毒力和药效。结果表明,ESF对3个玉米象品系的毒力方程接近y=0.257x-1.941,LC50接近7.540 μL/L;在小麦装满度50%的熏蒸空间内ESF的吸着比率达5倍以上;ESF剂量为 96 μL/L下熏蒸24 h可完全致死粮堆表面存在的玉米象成虫,对于粮面下深度3 cm存在的玉米象成虫死亡率锐减80%以上。结果表明,ESF对直接暴露的害虫杀虫效果显著,对于处于粮堆内部的害虫则因粮堆阻碍吸附导致杀虫效果锐减,ESF可望用于空间和器材熏蒸杀虫。

       

      Abstract: Due to the fact that the existing fumigants had the problems of drug resistanct and safety,it is emergent to development a new fumigant with high environmental stability,volatility and insecticidal activity.ESF has the advantages of high environmental stability,high volatility under normal pressure,etc.We selected ESF as fumigant to study its toxicity and efficacy against three Sitophilus zeamais strains from three different provinces in China.Results showed that the the toxicity equations of ESF against the three strains were similar,y=0.257x-1.941,LC50 was close to 7.540 μL/L.The adsorption rate of ESF in a fumigation bottle loaded with 50% wheat was above five times.The Sitophilus zeamais adults on the surface of wheat could be killed completely after fumination with 96 μL/L ESF for 24 hours,but the death rate of Sitophilus zeamais adults 3 cm below the wheat surface was reduced sharply by above 80%.The results indicated that ESF had significant effect in killing exposed insects,but the insecticidal effect was lowered sharply for insects inside grain bulk due to adsorption barrier of grain bulk.ESF is expected to be used in space and device fumigation.
