Abstract:
The development of grain informatization technologies is of great significance to ensure national food security. The storage insect detection technology was summarized based on the technology of trap, sound detection, image processing, biological photon detection and etc. in this paper. The grain quantity detection technology was introduced based on 3D laser scanning, electromagnetic wave detection technology, pressure sensor and wide beam radar technology. Several techniques were summarized for grain monitoring by introducing the methods of measuring grain temperature, moisture and gas concentration. The various functions of intelligent storage system, intelligent ventilation system and internal circulation system and required technologies were also introduced. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages and existing problems of information technology in grain industry were analyzed, and the future development was prospected.
