小麦热休克蛋白的研究进展

    RESEARCH PROGRESS IN WHEAT HEAT SHOCK PROTEINS

    • 摘要: 热休克蛋白作为机体在受到胁迫状况时而合成的一类蛋白质,在遗传学上具有高度的保守性。根据国内外近年来热休克蛋白的研究概况,对小麦中热休克蛋白家族的结构特征以及生物学特性进行综述。重点分析热休克蛋白在小麦中的主要生物学功能:分子伴侣功能、诱导机体耐受性以及维持细胞的稳定状态,并对小麦热休克蛋白在延缓机体衰老、作为生物标记物和自身免疫病上的应用前景进行了讨论。

       

      Abstract: Heat shock proteins (Hsps),are a tiny number of highly conserved protein synthesized in cultured cells or in the whole organisms when they are exposed to higher temperatures.This kind of proteins have been observed in every organism from prokaryote to eukaryote.The recent advances about Hsps and the traits and biological function of the major Hsps family was shortly reviewed.The biological function of the major Hsps family focused on molecular chaperones function,inducing body thermo tolerance,maintaining stability state of cells.It also discussed aging and evolutional importance,biomarker and therapeutic application of Hsps.
