高径比不同的双侧壁卸料筒仓卸料压力对比研究

    Comparative Study on the Discharge Pressure of the Unloading Silo with Different Diameters of Two Side Walls

    • 摘要: 随着筒仓的快速发展,卸料方式亦呈现多样性,侧壁卸料越来越多地应用到现实工程中,优化侧壁卸料粮仓设计、探索侧壁卸料方式最适合哪种筒仓变得愈发重要。采用了数值模拟与实仓试验相结合的方法探讨筒壁双侧卸料方式下高径比(1.1和2.2)不同的筒仓的静、动态侧压力大小,探究最大动态压力的分布位置,对比两种筒仓在双侧壁卸料方式下的超压系数。结果表明:筒壁双侧卸料时,浅仓仓壁处受到的动态侧压力变化相对于深仓而言,较为缓和,且超压系数相对较小,安全性较好;其最大超压系数为1.51,且超压系数大多分布在1.05~1.2之间;深仓在双侧卸料时,最大超压系数为1.58,且超压系数较多分布在1.3~1.5之间。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of silo,the unloading with side wall is more and more applied to practical engineering.It is necessary to optimize the design of side wall unloading granary and to explore which kind of silo is the most suitable for unloading with side wall.Therefore,the method of numerical simulation in combination with real-silo experiment was used to investigate the static and dynamic lateral pressure of the silos with different diameters (1.1 and 2.2) in the two side discharge modes,the distribution of maximum dynamic pressure,and to compare the overpressure coefficient.The results showed that the dynamic side pressure change of the shallow silo wall was relatively moderate and the overpressure coefficient was relatively small and the safety was better,compared with the deep silo wall.Its maximum overpressure coefficient was 1.51,and the overpressure coefficient was mostly distributed between 1.05 and 1.2.The maximum overpressure coefficient was 1.58 and the overpressure coefficient was between 1.3 and 1.5.
