考虑仓壁弹性的柔性筒仓仓壁侧压力计算方法

    A WALL PRESSURE CALCULATION METHOD OF FLEXIBLE SILO CONSIDERING WALL ELASTICITY

    • 摘要: 考虑到柔性筒仓仓壁的弹性变形,根据广义胡克定律,对仓壁内部微元体受力分析,推导出与筒仓仓壁材料的弹性模量和泊松比有关的仓壁侧压力计算方法。进行了模型仓试验,根据试验结果,将该方法计算值与Janssen公式计算值对比,发现所得值比Janssen公式计算值偏小,误差在装粮深度1 m时达到8.70%,反映了仓壁弹性是影响仓壁侧压力计算的重要因素;而使用环向应力推导仓壁侧压力的方法所得结果在装粮深度较大时比Janssen公式计算值偏大,说明将柔性筒仓沿深度方向当作平面应变问题处理会使计算结果大于实际值。

       

      Abstract: According to generalized Hooke's law,considering the deformation of silo wall,a formula for the side wall pressure related to the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the silo wall material was derived based on some force analysis on stress element and then got.Compared with the Janssen formula,the calculated value of this paper was smaller than that of Janssen formula in the simulated test,and the error reached 8.7% when the grain depth was 1m.The result confirmed that the wall elasticity was also one of the factors that affected the calculation of the side wall pressure.As for the method of deducing the side wall pressure by using circumferential stress,its calculated value was larger than the calculated value of Janssen formula.It showed that the calculation result obtained by treating the flexible silo as a plane problem along the depth direction was larger than the actual value.
