蛀食性害虫生长繁殖对小麦质量指标和储存品质指标的影响

    Effects of Growth and Reproduction of Boring Pests on Wheat Quality and Storage Quality Indicators

    • 摘要: 为了了解低虫口密度下蛀食性害虫生长多代对小麦质量和储藏品质的影响,基于GB/T 29890—2013中对虫粮等级的划分,以感染了3种代表性蛀食性害虫(米象、玉米象和谷蠹)的小麦为研究对象,研究了不同密度(5头/kg、10头/kg、15头/kg)害虫侵染不同时间后,小麦水分含量、千粒重、虫蚀粒率、降落数值、脂肪酸值和面筋吸水量等指标的变化。结果表明:感染害虫后小麦的质量等级及储存品质均下降,其中感染害虫后的小麦水分含量、虫蚀粒率、降落数值和脂肪酸值整体呈上升趋势,千粒重和面筋吸水量呈下降趋势,而且在仅受成虫感染的情况下,不同虫口密度对各指标的影响相差不大,但是随害虫繁殖代数的增加,各指标上升和下降速率增大。同时,各指标数值间的差异性也表明,感染时间对小麦质量和储存品质指标的影响大于害虫虫口密度的影响。由此可见,要保证粮食的质量及储存品质,需要在害虫感染初期、开始繁殖后代前对其进行防治。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the effects of multiple generations of low density boring pests on wheat quality and storage quality, the changes of moisture content, thousand kernels weight, bored kernel percentage, falling number, fatty acid and gluten water absorption were studied when wheat were infested by different densities(5, 10, and 15 adults per kilogram of wheat) of Sitophilus oryzae, Sitophilus zeamais, and Rhizopertha dominica adults based on grain grades defined in GB/T 29890-2013 Technical Criterion for Grain and Oil-seeds Storage.The results showed as follows:the quality grade and storage quality of wheat decreased after the infestation by insect pests.Moisture content, bored kernel percentage, falling number and fat acid value increased, while thousand kernel weight and gluten water absorption decreased.Moreover, in the case of infestation only by adults, the effects of different population density on each index were not significantly different, but the rising and descending rate of each index increased with the increase of the number of reproduction.Results also indicated that the effect of infestation time on wheat quality and storage quality index was greater than that of pest population density.It is necessary to prevent and control the pests in the early stage of infestion and before reprodution to ensure the quality of food and the quality of storage.
