地下储粮仓温度场的数值模拟与试验研究

    Numerical Simulation and Experiment on Temperature Field in Underground Granary

    • 摘要: 粮温是储粮的重要生态因子,是影响储粮品质的首要因素。为揭示地下储粮仓仓内温度变化规律,根据热力学原理,采用理论分析、数值模拟与试验研究相结合的方法,利用仓体围护结构传热参数与储粮环境等边界条件,得到地下储粮仓一年内不同月份温度场随时间的变化云图。结果发现:仓内温度基本稳定在20 ℃以下,随时间推移仓内温度出现明显分层,上层温度受外界温度影响要高于下部,下层温度整体趋于稳定。通过与试验结果对比发现,数值分析结果与试验结果相吻合,数值模拟方法能对地下储粮仓温度进行有效预测;同时为其他结构温度场的研究提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Grain temperature is an important ecological factor of granary, and is the primary factor affecting grain quality. In order to reveal the regularity of temperature change in underground granary, the changing cloud chart of the temperature field in different months in one year of the underground granary was obtained by using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental research based on the boundary conditions of the heat transfer parameters of the silo enclosure structure and the grain storage environment according to the principle of thermodynamics. The results showed that the temperature was basically stable at less than 20 ℃, and there was an obvious temperature stratification in the granary over time. The upper temperature was higher than the bottom temperature under the influence of the outside temperature, and the bottom layer tended to be stable at low temperature. By comparing with the test results, the results of the numerical analysis were in agreement with the test results. The numerical simulation method could be used to predict the temperature of the underground storage effectively, and provide a reference for the study of other structure temperature fields.
