连续通风条件下气温变化对粮堆温湿迁移规律影响的研究

    EFFECT OF AIR TEMPERATURE ON THE HEAT AND MOISTURE TRANSFER IN GRAIN BULK UNDER CONTINUOUS VENTILATION CONDITION

    • 摘要: 采用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,以成都某方形仓为试验模型,重点研究在垂直机械通风过程中,粮食温度和水分的变化规律。对模型进行了169.1 h的连续性垂直机械通风处理,然后将记录的试验数据与计算机模拟结果进行了对比分析。解决了不稳定边界条件会对精确计算带来不利影响的问题,验证了模型的准确性、可行性,对粮食存储技术的发展具有指导意义。

       

      Abstract: In present work,the change laws of grain temperature and moisture during vertical mechanical ventilation were studied,using numerical and experimental method simultaneously,and taking a square bin in Chengdu as the experimental object.The experiment was carried out for 169.1 h continuously,and then the experimental data were compared with the simulation results.This work solved the problem that the unstable boundary condition could have an adverse effect on the accurate calculation,and verified the accuracy and feasibility of simulation using the model built,and which offered a guide for developing grain storage technology.
