响应面法优化微波辅助提取奇亚籽油工艺

    OPTIMIZATION OF MICROWAVE-ASSISTED PROCESS FOR EXTRACTION OF CHIA SEED OIL

    • 摘要: 以奇亚籽为原料,采用微波辅助提取奇亚籽油。通过单因素设计试验研究溶剂种类、液料比、微波处理时间、微波功率对奇亚籽油提取率的影响,在单因素试验基础上采用响应面法优化提取工艺条件。结果表明:最佳条件为以石油醚与正己烷混合液(体积比为1)为提取溶剂、液料比8∶1(mL/g)、微波处理时间12 min、微波功率520 W,在此条件下奇亚籽油的提取率可达到90.02 %。影响奇亚籽油提取率的因素次序为:液料比>微波功率>微波处理时间,液料比对奇亚籽油提取率的影响极为显著,微波处理时间和微波功率交互作用影响显著。通过气相色谱法分析奇亚籽油的脂肪酸组成,共检出5种脂肪酸,分别为棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸及亚麻酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量占87.64 %,且以亚麻酸含量最高,达58.64 %,表明奇亚籽油具有较高的营养价值和保健功能。研究结果为奇亚籽的开发和综合利用提供了一定的数据支持。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the chia seed oil was obtained using microwave-assisted extraction method under different process conditions.First,the effects of different solvents,liquid-to-solid ratio,microwave radiation time and microwave power on the extraction rates of chia seed oil were studied through single factor analysis.Then,the afforded extraction conditions were further optimized by response surface method.The optimum extraction conditions were:petroleum ether and n-hexane (V:V=1:1) as the extraction solvent,liquid-solid ratio 8:1(mL/g),microwave radiation time 12 minutes and microwave power 520 watts,under which the extraction rate could up to 90.02%.The effect of the factors on the extraction rate of chia seed oil was in the descending order of liquid-solid ratio>microwave power>microwave radiation time.The Influence of liquid-solid ratio on extraction rate of chia seed oil was extremely significant,and the interaction of microwave time and microwave power was also significant.The fatty acid compositions of chia seed oil mainly included five kinds,and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was up to 87.64%.The main unsaturated fatty acids compositions were linolenic acid (58.64%) and linoleic acid (20.71%),indicating that chia seed oil has higher nutritional value and health function.The present study will provide a theoretical basis for the deep exploitation and utilization of chia seed.
