高大平房仓散装粮粮堆底部压力的离散元模拟

    Simulation for Bottom Pressure of Bulk Grain Pile in Large Warehouse Based on Discrete Element Method

    • 摘要: 对高大平房仓模型仓散装粮粮堆底部压力进行PFC离散元模拟,并与试验结果、规范值进行对比,研究了粮堆底部包括竖向压力、水平压力和竖向摩擦应力等在内的底部压力的分布规律,研究了粮堆底部竖向压力与粮堆堆积高度之间的关系。结果表明:离散元软件PFC (3D)能够很好地模拟粮堆底部压力的非均匀性;当粮堆堆积高度较低时,底部竖向压力较小且较为均匀,随着堆积高度的增加,底部竖向压力逐渐增大并出现非均匀现象;粮堆底部任意一点压力与仓壁摩擦应力、粮堆内部摩擦应力以及该点到两侧仓壁(两侧仓壁垂直相交)的水平距离有关;底部竖向压力的不均匀程度随着粮堆高度的增加而增大;粮堆底部各点,其竖向压力随粮堆高度的变化率不同,竖向压力与粮堆高度之间的关系在堆积高度较高时呈非线性,竖向压力随粮堆高度缓慢增加。

       

      Abstract: Pressure at the bottom of bulk grain pile of a large warehouse model was simulated by PFC (particle flow code, 3D) of discrete element method, and was compared with the test results and standard value to investigate the pressure distribution at the bottom of the grain pile, including vertical pressure, horizontal pressure, vertical friction and so on, and also study the relationship between the bottom vertical pressure of the grain pile and the pile height. Results showed that PFC (3D) could simulate the nonuniformity of the bottom pressure of the grain pile well; the bottom vertical pressure was small and uniform when the pile height was low, but increased gradually and became nonuniform with the increase of the pile height; the pressure at any point of the bottom of the grain pile was related to the friction of wall of the warehouse, the internal friction of the grain pile, and the horizontal distance between the point and the two side walls which were perpendicularly intersected with each other; the nonuniform degree of the bottom vertical pressure increased with the increase of the pile height; the vertical pressure at each point at the bottom of the grain pile changed at different rates with the pile height; and the vertical pressure had a nonlinear relationship with the pile height when the pile height was large, and increased slowly with the pile height.
