Liposcelis bostrychophillus Badonnel were investigated in bulk wheat stored in large horizontal warehouse.The results showed that the population of
L.bostrychophillus in stored wheat was dynamicallyincreasing during the temperature increasing from 28℃ to 31℃ in the headspace of warehouse and from 20℃ to 28℃ in the bulkgrain mass.The number of adults per kilogram wheat was increased from 3 to 30 for sampling and sieving method.The number of adults trapped by corrugated paper board increased from 8 to 70 per week.The number of adult strapped by corrugated paper board was more than that by sampling and sieving method.During the period of temperature increasing from 32℃ to 36℃ in the headspace and from 25℃ to 30℃ for in the bulkgrain mass,the number of
L.bostrychophillus adults quickly increased from 30 to 44 per kilogram wheat for sampling and sieving method.Meanwhile,the number of
