Abstract:
In view of the difficult problem of"storage difficulty of wet grain"and"more moisture loss"in grain depots,the research was based on the principle of maintaining grain safety in order to maintain the equilibrium of temperature and humidity in the stored grain ecosystem,and to optimize the integration of surface ventilation and drying,winter grain cooling and summer temperature circulation and so on.The new grain storage technology of dry surface, wet inside, temperature control and moisture conservation could effectively solve the problem of large moisture loss of safe grain and difficulty of high-moisture grain storage.This research was the prework of the new technology,which adopted surface ventilation and drying method.First,it formed an outside-dry inner-wet state in the grain bulk after the high moisture corn was loaded into storage,which provided a basis for the high moisture maize controll temperature and keep water process,created conditions for maintaining the equilibrium of temperature and humidity inside and outside the grain bulk ecosystem,and provided the theoretical basis and technical support for the application of the new grain storage technology.
