偏高水分玉米“控温保水”储粮新工艺研究Ⅰ粮堆浅层通风降水的模拟试验

    Study on New Technology of High Moisture Corn StorageⅠ:Simulation Test of Surface Ventilation of Grain Bulk

    • 摘要: 针对目前粮库亟待解决的“湿粮储藏难”“粮食失水多”难题,依据维持储粮生态系统中温湿度的均衡就能保持粮食安全的储粮原理,将浅层通风降水、冬季冷却粮堆和夏季环流均温等技术优化集成,所形成的“表干内湿、控温保水”储粮新工艺,可有效破解长期困扰粮库“安全水分粮失水多、偏高水分粮难保管”的技术难题。本试验为“表干内湿、控温保水”储粮新工艺的前期工作,采用浅层通风降水方式,先在偏高水分玉米入仓后的粮堆内形成一个“外干内湿”的状态,为偏高水分玉米后续实施“控温保水”储粮新工艺、维持粮堆生态体系内外温湿度平衡创造条件,为“表干内湿、控温保水”储粮新工艺应用提供理论依据与技术支持。

       

      Abstract: In view of the difficult problem of"storage difficulty of wet grain"and"more moisture loss"in grain depots,the research was based on the principle of maintaining grain safety in order to maintain the equilibrium of temperature and humidity in the stored grain ecosystem,and to optimize the integration of surface ventilation and drying,winter grain cooling and summer temperature circulation and so on.The new grain storage technology of dry surface, wet inside, temperature control and moisture conservation could effectively solve the problem of large moisture loss of safe grain and difficulty of high-moisture grain storage.This research was the prework of the new technology,which adopted surface ventilation and drying method.First,it formed an outside-dry inner-wet state in the grain bulk after the high moisture corn was loaded into storage,which provided a basis for the high moisture maize controll temperature and keep water process,created conditions for maintaining the equilibrium of temperature and humidity inside and outside the grain bulk ecosystem,and provided the theoretical basis and technical support for the application of the new grain storage technology.
