    Research progress on the application of functional nanomaterials in the field of food

    • With the development of science and technology, the research in the field of materials is becoming more and more refined and miniaturized.Nanomaterials gradually enter people′s daily life and are widely used in biology, medicine, chemical industry and other fields.In particular, the application in the field of food has been widely concerned by scholars and consumers.The application of functional nanomaterials has promoted the technological progress of food flavor, packaging and storage and safety testing.With the deepening of research, nanomaterials gradually enter the application stage, which will inevitably promote the rapid development of the food industry and give consumers a safer and more delicious food experience.This paper mainly reviewed the application of functional nanomaterials in food field from the aspects of food processing, packaging, storage and detection, and looks forward to its application prospect.
