    Analysis of Structural Stress and Deformation of Bulk Grain Semi-underground Tie-bar System Frame Warehouse

    • In order to overcome the shortage of low loading height and high occupation index of tons of grain in the traditional warehouse for bulk grain, the frame warehouse with semi-underground tie-bar system for bulk grain was put forward. In combination the actual project of Tianjin Lida company, the semi-underground frame warehouse with different underground heights and different positions of with tie-bars were analyzed. Results showed that, the preferable height ratio of the structure on the ground to that of underground was 3.5. And the tie-bar set at 7 m on the ground was the best. Through the analysis of the overall parameters of semi-underground warehouses with different grain loading heights and different grain loading varieties, the semi-underground warehouses could be used for a variety of grain varieties. The greater stress positions of the warehouse wall of semi-underground frame warehouse were the upper and lower end parts and the connection part above and below the ground, and the maximum deformation position was at the height of gravity center of the grain.
