STUDY ON THE HEAT ANALYSIS AND CALCULATION OF CRUSHING FRICTION OF GRINDING ROLLER IN GRINDING MILL

    • The long-time grinding of the roller mill during the working process causes the heat generated by the roller to accumulate in the roller body and the mill cavity,so that the surface temperature of the roller can reach 60~80℃,which greatly reduces the quality and taste of flour. In order to investigate the heating mechanism of the roller body, this paper aims at the analysis of the friction heat generated by the 1B grinding roller of the milling machine by using the grinding roller-single-grain wheat-grind roller model for the mill roller with the length 1 000 mm and roller diameter 250 mm.The temperature rise mechanism of the roller body was verified, and the influencing factors of the line pressure between the rollers, the rolling distance, and the heat generation power were quantitatively studied. The results showed that with the pressure between the roller, the diameter of the roller, the length of the roller, the speed difference between the roller and the roller, the elastic modulus when the wheat layer enters the compression zone, the increase of the feed flow,or the reduction of the rolling distance, the frictional heat power would be generated. The ratio of the frictional heating power of the roller surface was equal to the ratio of the sliding friction coefficient between the roller surface and the material of the roller. The research results provide theoretical basis for studying how to reduce the temperature rise of the roller and provide reference for the peers.
