    Application Research of Grain Stock Quantity Monitoring Based on 3D Laser Scanning Technology

    • The real-time,effective and quantitative monitoring of grain stocks is an urgent technical problem that the grain industry needs to solve.It is also an important component of the intelligent and information construction of grain storage.The measurement methods and application scenarios of 3D laser scanners were briefly introduced,and the application methods of grain storage capacity monitoring also were explained in detail.The field test and data processing in Xinglong Grain Depot in Zhengzhou,Henan Province showed that the instrument had high measurement accuracy,good reliability and stability,and could meet the needs of grain storage capacity monitoring.It is worth being extended as practical techniques for the construction of intelligent grain storage,and suggestions for miniaturization and lightness of equipment were also put forward.
